Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Buy 2 or more items and get FREE shipping!
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 4-8 business days to arrive.

We offer free shipping when you buy any 2 or more items. Alternatively, a flat shipping rate of £2.49 applies worldwide
I didn't receive an order or shipping confirmation?
If you haven't received your confirmation email, it might have slipped into your spam or junk folder by mistake! Can't find it there? No worries, just drop us a line at contact@thenailbooth.com with the your Full Name and order number, and we'll get things sorted out for you.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?
Oops, that's not right, and we apologize for the mix-up! Please drop us a line at hey@thenailbooth.com with your order details, and attach 2-3 clear snapshots of the item for a swift resolution. We're here to straighten things out promptly!
What do I do if my package is delayed?
Received your order later than we promised? No problem! We'll give you £4.00 free credit to use on your next purchase
I haven't received an update on my order
In the unlikely event you don't receive updates about your order, we'll guarantee a 15-day no update refund.
I haven't received my order!
We're committed to delivering your goods, in the unlikely event you don't, we will start an investigation with the courier to track the status of the package. If we're unable to resolve this issue we'll guarantee a 30-day-no-delivery free reshipment or a full refund.
Dispatch Times
Orders typically leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Please allow for an extra 1-2 days of processing time following a long weekend or during the busy holiday season. Rest assured, our warehouse team is working diligently to dispatch your order promptly.
Return Policy
TheNailBooth offers a 30-day return window from the date of receipt for you to initiate a return.
For your item to qualify for a return, it must be in the condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Should you wish to initiate a return, please reach out to us at contact@thenailbooth.com. Before you send your item back, we'll ask for a few photos to verify its condition. Once your return is confirmed, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on the return process. Please remember, items returned without prior communication will not be accepted.
Custom charges
Customers may incur charges for purchasing and importing products into their country. TheNailBooth is not responsible for any customs or import fees that may be levied once the parcel arrives in its destination country, and such fees must be paid by the recipient.
Please be aware that TheNailBooth does not handle any tax charges or fees. For any questions related to taxes you might be charged, your local customs office will be the best point of contact.
